Bad news. As many of you have probably noticed, the Amazon Conduit was not fixed in the last week's release. Unfortunately, there was an undetected bug that is preventing the conduit from working.

We are working on this bug fix and hope to have the Conduit back up and running this week.

I will keep you posted.

On Monday, Prince gathered with a group of reporters in Paris’ Hotel Costes to talk about his recent stay there which has included numerous fashion shows and two concerts at Paris’ Le Grand Palais on Sunday night. Why did I get sick from....

a regular FLU shot?

I had no idea of the side effects of the flu shot. The last time I had a flu shot which was in 1999, I got the flu the same month I had the shot. Not only did I get the flu once but TWICE. That's why I never got a flu shot again.

The only reason why I got a flu shot now is that with all the hoopla over the swine flu I felt I needed to get at least the regular flu shot. I'm still not to sure if I will get the swine flu shot because my reaction was not good to the regular flu shot. Getting the shot was fine. It didn't hurt, felt fine when I went home. Had dinner but about 2 hours later I was sick like a dog. Vomiting, chills, achy and still vomiting. I was OUT of it all day Saturday. Sunday I felt much better.

Was that a reaction to the flu shot or did I get sick from something else? I honestly don't know.

Be careful!

By the way, I'm rarely sick (I rarely get colds, etc.) so this is why I'm very concerned if I get the swine flu shot.

At a photo shoot on lower Broadway, a whole mess of stylists and publicists are hovering over Brooklyn-born, Harlem-raised Gabourey “Gabby” Sidibe, adjusting her outfit, her costume jewelry, her lushly swooping hairpieces. Sidibe is a good sport about it, rolling her eyes only when the song changes on the sound system. “Is this Taylor Swift?” she groans. One woman in the retinue, meeting her for the first time, gushes, “You look totally opposite to your character.” “Thanks,” says Sidibe dutifully. “I’m actually … not her.” The confusion is understandable if you’ve seen the film in which Sidibe stars. As Claireece “Precious” Jones, the obese, abused, 16-year-old hero of Precious (based on the sexually graphic 1996 novel Push, by Sapphire), the 26-year-old actress gives one of the most moving and primal performances in recent memory. The film (opening November 6 after playing the New York Film Festival) has been a festival standout since Sundance, where it won two major awards, followed by the top prize at the recent Toronto Film Festival.

Mitrice Richardson, 24, of Los Angeles left the Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff’s Station in the early morning hours of Sept. 17. She had been arrested for not paying a restaurant tab and possessing a small amount of pot, and has been missing since she left the station.
